Married for over 16 years, Isaac and Stephanie Jackson relocated their family from Wisconsin to Arizona in 2014, planting their roots in the growing city of Maricopa. In early 2019, they ventured into business ownership with a shared vision to make a lasting impact in their community. Their mission for Integrity Precision Flooring reflects the same core values they live by at home and use to raise their four children: “Serve God. Serve family. Serve community.”

With a strong foundation of faith, family, and service, Isaac and Stephanie lead their business with integrity, and a genuine heart for helping others love the spaces they live and work in, and feel completely comfortable with the process from start to finish.

Brittany Stone is the heart behind the day-to-day operations at Integrity Precision Flooring. Wearing many hats with grace and enthusiasm, she leads with joy, positivity, and a deep sense of ownership in everything she does.

As our Operations Manager, Brittany oversees HR, manages internal systems, and handles big-picture tasks that keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. Her leadership, organization, and upbeat spirit ensure that our team stays focused, our clients are cared for, and our company continues to grow in the right direction. Simply put — Brittany keeps this ship sailing strong!

Tiffany Speridan

Administrative Assistant

Tiffany is a true cornerstone of our team, bringing organization, care, and a personal touch to every project she helps bring to life. She manages many of the moving parts in the early stages of our flooring projects — from communicating with customers and coordinating schedules to ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

With her strong sense of dedication and exceptional attention to detail, Tiffany plays a vital role in creating a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm, friendly approach makes her an invaluable part of the Integrity Precision Flooring family.
