Married for over 16 years, Isaac and Stephanie Jackson relocated their family from Wisconsin to Arizona in 2014, planting their roots in the growing city of Maricopa. In early 2019, they ventured into business ownership with a shared vision to make a lasting impact in their community. Their mission for Integrity Precision Flooring reflects the same core values they live by at home and use to raise their four children: “Serve God. Serve family. Serve community.”
With a strong foundation of faith, family, and service, Isaac and Stephanie lead their business with integrity, and a genuine heart for helping others love the spaces they live and work in, and feel completely comfortable with the process from start to finish.

Brittany Stone is the strategic force behind the operations of Integrity Precision Flooring, focusing on the big picture and long-term success of the business. With a strong sense of leadership and ownership, she brings clarity, structure, and vision to everything she oversees.
As our Operations Manager, Brittany leads key areas such as HR, internal systems, and high-level business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose. Her organization, insight, and positive leadership expertise help guide our team, support our growth, and keep the company moving in the right direction.
